Cigar Delivery in the United States and International Orders

Buying Dominican cigars from us should be a clear commercial process. We coordinate recurring shipments from the Dominican Republic to our warehouse in Florida and arrange delivery to customers in the United States through local transportation.

Orders delivered from Florida

For eligible United States orders, we consolidate periodic shipments to our Florida warehouse. Once the merchandise is available there, we coordinate local delivery with the customer. Product availability, dispatch dates, transportation cost and other conditions are confirmed individually when we prepare the quotation.

Because availability and routing can change, we do not promise a fixed delivery date or rate before confirming the order.

How to request a quotation

1. Tell us which cigars, quantities or private-label service you need.
2. Provide the delivery city and state.
3. We confirm availability and whether the order can be served from Florida.
4. We send the applicable price, schedule, transportation cost and conditions for approval.

Orders for countries outside the United States

Orders for other countries are handled separately from our Florida delivery service. Availability, documentation, transportation options, costs and destination conditions must be reviewed for each quotation. We do not assume that the same route or conditions available in the United States apply elsewhere.

Commercial and regulatory responsibilities

Our delivery coordination does not remove obligations that may apply to a buyer’s own retail, wholesale, resale, licensing, tax, labeling or other commercial activities. Customers remain responsible for confirming the requirements applicable to their business and location.
