Dominican Cigars ships premium handmade Dominican cigars nationally and internationally with humidity-controlled packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (Dominican Republic)

Standard delivery: 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over RD$3,000.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, Europe, Canada, and Latin America. International orders typically take 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing. The buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes in the destination country.

Packaging

All international orders are packed with Boveda humidity packs and sealed in airtight packaging to maintain optimal humidity during transit.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we cannot accept returns on opened cigar products. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@dominicancigars.com.do or WhatsApp +1 809-315-2200 and we will resolve it promptly.

Accessories (humidors, cutters, lighters) may be returned in original, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery.
